Upon visitation of www.LocalSocialPro.com, you comply to be bounden by the conditions and terms of the said forth privacy policy. Within our privacy policy is the agreement of consensual disclosure of personal information for the purpose of business.

Data Retrieval

Briefly, all users are guaranteed the right to peruse our site without divulgence of personal information. Upon divulgence of personal information, anonymity is dismissed. Based on the California Consumer Privacy Act the “CCPA” and the “CPRA” law, the LSP Network privacy policy includes that consumers have the right to request Local Social Pro to delete any personal information about the consumer which the business has collected from the consumer. This can be done by calling (877) 505-6225 or by email privacy@localsocialpro.com. This also applies for the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (the “VCDPA”). Furthermore, under the VCDPA, consumers have the right to delete personal data provided by or obtained about the consumer by Local Social Pro.  The VCDPA’s deletion right is therefore broader than that provided by the CCPA and CPRA, in that it applies to personal information that Local Social Pro has collected from a consumer or that Local Social Pro has collected about a consumer from another source. Consumers have the right to request Local Social Pro to delete any personal information about the consumer. This can be done by calling (877) 505-6225 or by email privacy@localsocialpro.com. How does Local Social Pro collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • Apply for a new account/open an account

  • Our affiliates include companies with a LSP name; marketing companies, such as the Local Social Pro Network, GiraffeBuilder, Agent Personality, Merchants Made Simple, LLC.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be marketing and nonmarketing companies.

  • Nonaffiliates we share with can include companies, such as service providers engaged in direct marketing of consumer products and services that we believe would be of interest to you, or which are necessary in the service of your account.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated marketing companies that together market digital products or services to you.

  • Our joint marketing partners include website builders, social media companies, and membership services.

How long do we retain your information and how to delete Content.

As part of our Privacy Policy, We give our clients the freedom to delete and cancel service at any time. Accordingly, you can delete Content from the scheduled posts. You can delete past posts and upcoming posts if our website app is linked to your business pages on social media. Whether your account with us is active or canceled, you are able to do this. We can easily demonstrate how it works using the following 3 steps.

The Overview section will show your upcoming [https://connect.localsocialpro.com/calendar/upcoming.php] and past posts[https://connect.localsocialpro.com/calendar/past.php]. You can click ‘Delete’ to remove posts from your connect, and linked social media pages.

As a social media Content marketing company, it is our responsibility to comply with privacy policies. In line with our privacy policy, we keep your information on file for as long as it takes to fulfill your request for the services. This is necessary so we can maintain records, meet legal obligations, settle disputes, and uphold the terms of the services. According to the California Consumer Privacy Act, also known as the “CCPA” and the “CPRA” law, consumers have the right to request that Local Social Pro delete any personal information about them that the company has obtained from them. When it is no longer necessary for us to keep your information, or if you otherwise request it, we will either anonymize or securely dispose of it.

In social media outlets, we will be unable to delete posts if a Facebook token or any other social media network has expired or our application has been disconnected to the given social media account. Therefore, Content must be deleted from the specified external website, e.g. Facebook.com. For your reference, Facebook has provided step-by-step instructions on how to delete Content directly on Facebook. GDPR compliance

In accordance with the GDPR compliance, we strive to protect privacy by design and avoid gathering and storing personally identifiable information. We support their efforts to offer a safe and secure internet. In principle, we aim for privacy by purpose. There are a few circumstances where we may need personal information, as mentioned in our privacy policy. If data collection is not necessary for the operation of our product, we won’t do so. All information is only disclosed when: deemed necessary; required by law; in accordance with an ongoing legal proceeding; or ordered by a court. Our clients at Local Social Pro, anticipate a steadfast commitment on our part to protect their privacy. Every day, we put a lot of effort into fulfilling those goals.
