This can be done by calling (877) 505-6225 or by email privacy@localsocialpro.com. This also applies for the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (the “VCDPA”). Furthermore, under the VCDPA, consumers have the right to delete personal data provided by or obtained about the consumer by Local Social Pro. The VCDPA’s deletion right is therefore broader than that provided by the CCPA and CPRA, in that it applies to personal information that Local Social Pro has collected from a consumer or that Local Social Pro has collected about a consumer from another source. Step #3: The Overview section will show your upcoming [https://connect.localsocialpro.com/calendar/upcoming.php] and past posts[https://connect.localsocialpro.com/calendar/past.php]. You can click ‘Delete’ to remove posts from your connect, and linked social media pages.
As a social media Content marketing company, it is our responsibility to comply with privacy policies. In line with our privacy policy, we keep your information on file for as long as it takes to fulfill your request for the services. This is necessary so we can maintain records, meet legal obligations, settle disputes, and uphold the terms of the services. According to the California Consumer Privacy Act, also known as the “CCPA” and the “CPRA” law, consumers have the right to request that Local Social Pro delete any personal information about them that the company has obtained from them. In social media outlets, we will be unable to delete posts if a Facebook token or any other social media network has expired or our application has been disconnected to the given social media account.
